The Healthier Together Program helps partner healthcare patients access fresh fruits and vegetables to improve their health. Eligible participants in Volusia, Jacksonville and Alachua Counties receive prescriptions from their healthcare providers, which can be redeemed through the local food bank for fresh produce.
